CliniLaunch Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Value Added Services - Job Assistance Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or utilizing any job assistance services offered by Clini Launch Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“CliniLaunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you (“you” or the “Candidate”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Service Agreement entered into between you and CliniLaunch, constitute the entire agreement regarding the provision of job assistance services. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail.

2. Services Offered

CliniLaunch offers a range of personalized job assistance services, which may include, but are not limited to:

Resume Writing + Cover Letter: Resume revamp, ATS-friendly resume creation, customized cover letter preparation, and one-on-one resume update sessions.

LinkedIn Optimization: LinkedIn optimization sessions and guidance on profile enhancement.

Career Counselling & Interview Preparation: Personalized career counseling, talent mapping, comprehensive interview preparation, FAQ sessions, and individual mock interview sessions.

Interview Opportunities: Introduction to job opportunities tailored to your requirements and alignment with clients for the interview process, based on your selected package.

The specific services included in your chosen Job Assistance Subscription Package are outlined in the “Job Placement Package Service Breakup” section of the Service Agreement.

3. Subscription Packages and Payment

We offer various Job Assistance Subscription Packages with different services, durations, and prices as detailed in the Service Agreement.

The fees for the selected package are payable in full upon entering into this Agreement.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The duration of each package is as specified in the Service Agreement and commences from the effective date mentioned therein.

4. Candidate Obligations

By entering into this Agreement, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the provision of services.

Actively participate in the service process, including attending scheduled sessions and providing necessary feedback.

Be responsible for the final content and accuracy of all documents, including resumes and LinkedIn profiles, even with our assistance.

Promptly communicate any changes in your contact information, job preferences, or availability.

Treat our staff and representatives with respect and courtesy.

Understand that our services aim to provide job assistance and interview opportunities, but we do not guarantee job placement.

5. Service Provider Obligations

CliniLaunch agrees to:

Provide the services as outlined in your selected Job Assistance Subscription Package with professional care and skill.

Assign qualified counsellors and experts to assist you with the services.

Make reasonable efforts to identify and present interview opportunities that align with your profile and requirements, based on the selected package.

Maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Interview Opportunities

The number of interview opportunities provided will be as per your selected Job Assistance Subscription Package.

We will make reasonable efforts to align you with relevant job openings with our client network.

The final decision to interview a candidate rest with the potential employer.

CliniLaunch does not guarantee that any interview will result in a job offer.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by CliniLaunch as part of the services, including templates, guides, and advice, are the intellectual property of CliniLaunch Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are for your personal use only. You are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CliniLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or your inability to obtain employment, even if CliniLaunch has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CliniLaunch under this Agreement.  

9. Disclaimer of Guarantee

You acknowledge and agree that CliniLaunch provides job assistance services and does not guarantee job placement. The success of your job search depends on various factors beyond our control, including your skills, experience, market conditions, and the hiring decisions of employers.

10. Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue for the duration specified in your selected Job Assistance Subscription Package.

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and Conditions and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable period.

CliniLaunch reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or reputation.

Upon termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid, except as may be required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.  

12. Amendments

CliniLaunch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
