Role Overview: 

We are seeking a Business Development Associate who is dynamic, driven, and passionate about AI and ML. If you have 1-3 years of experience in EdTech or similar domains, this is your opportunity to accelerate your career in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead Engagement: Communicate effectively to engage and convert prospective leads. 
• Program Promotion: Present and promote AI & ML programs to potential clients and learners. 
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration. 
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive enrollment numbers and meet/exceed monthly sales targets. 
• CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools efficiently to manage the sales pipeline and track leads. 

Desired Qualifications & Skills: 

• Education: Background in Science, Engineering, or Technology (e.g., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, etc.). 
• Experience: 1-3 years in Business Development, preferably in EdTech, with exposure to AI & ML programs. 
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI & ML technologies and their relevance in industry applications. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach. 
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
