JOB DESCRIPTION :
As a Tele Medical Evaluation Doctor, you will be responsible for conducting Tele medical evaluations of customers prior to policy issuance. You
will also be required to assess the customers pre-existing medical conditions and provide them with accurate and timely information regarding
their eligibility for policy purchase. Additionally, you will assist customers in understanding the insurance products with Acko and address their
medical queries to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. Collaborate with a dynamic team and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with ACKO regulations and guidelines and ensure consistent quality and accuracy of medical evaluations conducted.
Review and analyze medical records, imaging studies, laboratory results, and other clinical data to help make decisions on policy issuance.
Provide accurate and detailed medical assessments.
Should be a registered Doctor.
Job requirements and responsibilities:
- Must have sound knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Conduct Tele medical evaluations as part of Pre-Policy Issuance Medical Evaluation.
- Provide accurate and detailed medical assessments.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with ACKO regulations and guidelines and ensure consistent quality and accuracy of medical evaluations
conducted. - Review and analyze medical records, imaging studies, laboratory results, and other clinical data to help make decisions on policy
issuance. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Strong communication skills in English is mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good analytical skills and good in critical thinking.
- Prior Tele Medical Evaluation experience (preferred).
- Should be open to work from office. (Location: Silk Board)
- Open to travel by self to work.
